I'm a creative; I like to paint, write, act, and generally make people feel good. I suppose that's why I'm still a practicing Psychiatric and Public Health nurse. I've written and acted for stage, television, radio, and film. I grew up in South Florida and have lived in Los Angeles and New York City. Dogs are my gurus.

I have written educational texts, developed curricula, and taught for Kaiser Permanente, American Career College, the University of Florida and more. My creative writing has been produced and performed on stage, radio and television. I'm currently teaching in New York City for numerous medical centers and querying my first novel, a thriller titled Kill the Messenger.

I'm still a practicing nurse expert, specializing in Psychiatry, Education, and Public Health. I've worked for Cedars Sinai in Los Angles, Shands Teaching Hospital at The University of Florida, and Cornell and Columbia in NYC. I also serve on the Advisory Board of YouTopiaUSA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping create happier people through neurobiology and positive psychology.

Acting lead to comedy which lead me to hosting Langdon Nation, a high-energy comedy talk show that grew from radio to internet television. I've performed stand-up at iconic clubs such as The Comedy Store, Laugh Factory, and more; eventually I even hosted large shows and did red carpet interviews. My mug has been seen in independent films,
