I'm a creative; I like to paint, write, act, and generally make people feel good. I suppose that's why I'm still a practicing Psychiatric and Public Health nurse. I've written and acted for stage, television, radio, and film. I grew up in South Florida and have lived in Los Angeles and New York City. Dogs are my gurus.

My creative writing has been produced and performed on stage, radio and television. I'm currently teaching in New York City for numerous medical centers and querying my first novel, a thriller titled Kill the Messenger.
